We are reviewing how planned short breaks and respite services for working age adults are provided. We know how important these services are and want to make sure they are accessible, whilst being delivered in the most effective way.
We’ve listened to feedback from people who use the existing services, as well as their families, carers and staff. To make sure we get this right, we have put to one side earlier proposals so we could take more time to hear from you.
We are now running a new public consultation to gather your views on a range of options for the service. No decisions have been made, and all options are being considered. We want to hear from as many people as possible and your feedback will help in shaping how short breaks services are delivered in the future.
Please click 'take survey' to give us your feedback and select from the key options on offer for the short breaks service.
