There were 808 responses to the survey and the project page had 1,500-page visitors

The engagement data will help inform possible charging locations around Lincolnshire. The transport team intends to do further rounds of engagement for this.

This is what we asked you.

We are seeking your views on electric vehicles and charging points. Current government plans call for the country to be Net Zero by 2050. As a result, EV sales have seen a dramatic increase over recent years.

We are committed to supporting our residents, businesses, and visitors in the switch to electric vehicles. We know we need to cater for a variety of different needs and want to hear more about your EV charging needs. Your feedback will help to provide potential locations for suitable charging points.

For information on electric vehicles and charging points please see our important links section.

We want your views on charging points, there are three main types of public charge points available:

Residential Charging (long stay charging) - Residential charging options aim to provide convenient and cost effect alternatives for residents who don’t have access to a home charge points

Destination Charging (medium to long stay) - Generally located in public car parks. Destination charge points provide higher energy output than residential options.

In-Transit Charging (Rapid, <1 hour) - Generally located on key transit corridors including A-roads and at motorway services to help longer journeys. Rapid and ultra-rapid charge points allow much faster charging of an electric vehicle.

This survey will take 5 minutes to complete.
