The Summer 2022 survey has now closed. The survey was on the theme of communication and media. We wanted to find out how you use social, digital, print and broadcast media to help us identify the best ways to involve and inform you about our work and services.
Your responses will help improve how local councils engage, listen and respond to the communities they serve. We have chosen this topic in response to the feedback our panellists have given us in previous surveys.
The survey also included a set of recurring questions. We analyse these carefully to track changes in opinion over time and from different groups.
Survey results are shared on this site and with decision-makers who use them to help inform their decision-making on services.
If you would like to participate in future surveys by post or telephone, please call 01522 782116.
