High Meadow - Grantham

What I don’t understand is why some roads have been resurfaced and those with large deep potholes are left unworked.

Having a family member just paying out nearly £100 to replace the tyre after dropping into a very large pot hole on the road. When other cars are parked on the road you are forced over and no room to avoid them.
