I was walking from my home in Horncastle and intended to cross over the Horncastle High Street from the market place to the Punch House Building to attend a church service at 10 a.m at St. Marys Church. As I proceeded to cross over I did not see a road indentation and I fell heavily causing facial injuries. I was able to first aid treatment at Grace Boutiques in the Punch House building. The road surface at this point was uneven when it was examined afterwards
