Puncture after hitting pothole

Ok so finished work start to accelerate as I approach slip road to A1 off Great North Rd. Hit pothole immediate puncture as it splits sidewall, limp to Grantham at 5:20pm no tyres to fit car in the whole of Grantham, need to ask friend to drive 60 miles to collect me.

Absolutely disgusting, especially when I then log the pothole on Fix my Street and see there have been multiple reports for the same pothole, I shall be taking photos of hole and making a claim for the tyre.

Let alone the inconvenience....

So to add further to this, having waited almost two hours to get picked up on the way out of Grantham I stopped to take a picture of the hole which is by the way huge, after taking a picture another car hit it and burst its tyre too.
