Underground services reinstatements

As well as all the well known problems on our roads caused by heavy traffic, salt and poorly activated repairs by LCC , the never ending poorly -supervised reinstatements has been a concern of mine for ever.

This is due solely to the highways department who have a perennial problem allowing service providers to do just what they like, in the knowledge that there will be no comeback.

Better management practices, in my opinion, would massively reduce potholes from occurring in the first place.

This should not involve any extra expenditure, and I can therefore understand central government in withholding funds , when they are aware of the scandalous waste of money with Lincs Highways department, who appear to be a law unto themselves, certainly when dealing with the general public .
