Our practitioners, who work in Learning Disability and Mental Health Services, ask people for feedback at the end of an Initial Conversation, Assessment or Review. The Feedback form is very simple and asks people how they felt about the interaction and why.
You said
Over 100 responses have been received.
• The vast majority were happy with their Initial Conversation, Assessment or Review.
• 70 people have commented on their practitioner. Comments suggest good communication skills, good practice, and good relationships.
People have also given comments about:
• the outcome/ impact of their interaction
• their support providers
• their experience of process
We did
How people felt and the themes identified are shared with social care teams and senior leadership to:
• support team’s reflective practice
• support assurance
• support decision-making
We are asking for examples of specific action or changes that feedback prompted or supported. As feedback continues we hope to share practical examples of the impact people’s feedback had.
