    Scrutiny Panel B is a dedicated independent review panel. It is made up of: 

    • Lincolnshire County Council councillors 
    • Lincolnshire County Council officers
    • Industry experts
    • Community representatives

    This panel is carrying out the in-depth review of the existing Traffic Management Policy and will make recommendations to the Highways and Transport Scrutiny Committee and the executive member for highways and transport.
