We would like to engage with consumers and businesses to gauge their understanding of the enforcement options available to officers dealing with matters of noncompliance, and the basis on which these options are chosen.
The service exists to fulfil our statutory responsibilities to deliver public and consumer protection for the residents of Lincolnshire.
Our vision is to protect Lincolnshire's consumers and support the County's economic growth by ensuring a safe, fair, responsible and competitive trading environment.
