Past:

10 years: special constable - Lincolnshire Police.

2 years: Victim Support in Lincolnshire.

Girlguiding: leader rainbows, brownies, guides, senior section, county special needs adviser, division and county pr adviser, district commissioner, prospective trainer (Midlands and Anglia), mentoring new leaders, young leader guider (Rutland, Lincolnshire, Durham, North Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire).

2 years: Millennium Fundraising Committee, Kirklington North Yorkshire.

Scouts: Lincolnshire, assistant venture scout leader in Stamford.

9 years: Trustee Barkston Village Hall.

1 year: JUMP (joint university mentoring project) mentoring kids in foster care.

4 years: Trustee and chair (3 years) Wilsford Village Hall.

2 years: Governor St Sebastian's C of E Primary School.

8 years: Dementia Friends Champion with just below 500 friends made.

17 years: Girlguiding with 1st Barkston Guides and 12 years with 1st Barkston Rangers.

EMAS: 2020-2022; Patient Voice Volunteer.

Cognitive Daisey: 2022 University of Lincoln & Hull.

CURRENTLY:

40 years: Girlguiding: County Grants Support Advisor.

2009 (refresh 2019): ASIST suicide intervention.

2009: CEOP Ambassador (Child Exploitation and Online Protection.

2016 - 7.5 years: Sleaford Dementia Support trustee.

2020 - 5 years: LPFT (Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Governor (further 3 years) & as of January 2022 Deputy Lead Governor. Acting Lead Governor June 2024, Lead Governor October 2024.
