Lincolnshire County Council is looking for your school's views on Alternative Provision in Lincolnshire.
We want to understand opinions of school staff about Offsite Direction, Intervention Placements and Alternative Provision in Lincolnshire schools.
We want to engage with school leaders, pastoral staff and SENCos to understand their views on what works well and what they think needs improving. Your insights will help us identify barriers and develop strategies to better support pupils and schools.
The outcome of this survey will help us review the current service provision and plan provisions for future academic years.
The results of the survey are for Lincolnshire County Council use only and will feed into the wider Alternative Provision service review.

Privacy notice
The survey asks if your school would be interested in supplying Alternative Provision to other organisations.
If you answer yes, your name and contact details are collected, and will only be used to get in touch with you. Your information is only shared where necessary and where the law allows it. We will only keep your information for as long as is necessary, and in line with our retention schedules.
If you answer no, your survey response is intended to be anonymous. We collect your school name and job role to support analysis of responses, however no steps will be taken to identify you. When completing open text responses, remember not to include personal or sensitive information.
If you are logged in to the Let’s Talk platform when completing the survey, your user account details will be recorded against your responses. Your user account details will be removed before survey responses are analysed. If you do not want your user account details associated with your responses, you should log out of your account before continuing with the survey. You can then respond anonymously (subject to your response to question regarding supplying Alternative Provision to others).
