Childcare Survey 2026 competition terms and conditions
Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Lincolnshire County Council or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
Entrants must have a valid email address and postal address.
No purchase is necessary.
Lincolnshire County Council reserves the right to disqualify, without notice, entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or in breach of the rules.
Entry requirements
To enter, participants must fill in the online form before the closing date of 12 April 2026.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Lincolnshire County Council accepts no responsibility for entries not received, lost, delayed, or corrupted, or for any technical failure associated with entering the competition.
Prize
The prize available is a high street voucher for the value of £50. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Lincolnshire County Council reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner selection and notification
Winners will be selected randomly following the closing day on 12 April 2026 and notified via a phone call or email from Early Years and Childcare Support.
If any of the winners do not respond within 72 hours, a new winner for that ticket may be selected.
Publicity and content use
By entering, participants agree that their name and general location may be published by Early Years and Childcare Support.
Data protection
Personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with Lincolnshire County Council’s privacy policy.
General
This competition is promoted by Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1YL.
Lincolnshire County Council reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
The decision of Early Years and Childcare Support, regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
