Childcare survey 2026

Please only complete this survey if you use, want to use or intend to use childcare or holiday clubs. 

The survey will take around 5 to 10 minutes to complete, depending on your child’s age and if you have more than one child.

This survey is anonymous. Please don’t include any personal or sensitive details in your answers to any open text questions. 

If you are logged in, your account details will be linked to your survey responses. These details are removed before we look at the results. To stay anonymous, please log out before starting the survey. 

At the end of the survey, you have the option to provide your contact details if you would like to be contacted about your responses.  We will only request the minimum information necessary to contact you regarding this.

Your information is only shared when necessary and legally allowed, and kept only as long as needed under our retention schedules.
