Not so much the roads as the footpaths

The state of footpaths for disabled wheelchair/scooter uses is diabolical. It's almost impossible to smoothly join a new piece of footpath when crossing junctions. Further the studded portions (I believe are for the blind) encroach to far on the rest of the path, shaking scooters to pieces.
