Rural rampage

Many of the rural roads around Lincolnshire are in a terrible state. Potholes big enough to swallow cyclists hole, and some roads are bumpier than a topographic map of the Alps, and equally as dangerous.

Clearly, more money is needed to repair these roads, so how about Lincolnshire council spending less on road-lighting (which would aid in bringing the benefits that befit a 'dark sky area') or less on cutting the grass on verges, also hugely benefitting wildlife and biodiversity.

Fining agricultural businesses for covering public roads with mud sometimes several inches thick would also bring in revenue and also make toe roads fa safer than they currently are!
