This survey will take between 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

If you are logged in, your account details will be linked to your survey responses. If you do not want your account details linked to your responses, please log out before starting the survey.   

We only collect the minimum information needed for the purpose of being able to contact you should you be interested in fostering or if some concerns are raised in the survey which the service may wish to explore further with you.

Your information is only shared where necessary and where the law allows it.   

We will only keep your information for as long as is necessary, and in line with our retention schedules(External link).
