Please note that consultation responses received in relation to the plan and associated documents may be made publicly available. For this reason, we cannot accept anonymous or confidential responses. Your information is only shared where necessary and where the law allows it.

We will only keep your information for as long as is necessary, and in line with our retention schedules.
