If you are logged in to the Let’s Talk platform when completing the survey, your user account details will be recorded against your responses in addition to the personal data you provide within the survey.  

If you do not want your user account details associated with your responses, you should log out of your account before continuing with the survey. 

We only use the information you provide for the purpose of understanding how your feedback relates to you or your organisation to give us a clear understanding of its relevance. We’ll also make contact with you using your email address provided if you have asked to be kept informed about the consultation outcome.  We will only ask you to provide the minimum amount of information we need in order to do this. 

Your information is only shared where necessary and where the law allows it.   

We will only keep your information for as long as is necessary, and in line with our retention schedules.
