Privacy Statement

If you are logged in to the Let’s Talk platform when completing the survey, your user account details will be recorded against your responses in addition to the personal data you provide within the survey.  If you do not want your user account details associated with your responses, you should log out of your account before continuing with the survey. 

We only use the information you provide for the purposes of gathering and analysing feedback on the Draft Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), to inform services and decision making. We will only ask you to provide the minimum amount of information we need to do this.  

Your information is only shared where necessary and where the law allows it.  We have engaged Primary Care Commissioning Community (PCC) interest Company who help Local Authorities complete their PNAs. PCC will process survey responses for us.

We will only keep your information for as long as is necessary, and in line with our retention schedules.
