This engagement has concluded.
Lincolnshire County Council recently identified funding to commission a Strength and Balance programme, as part of its Falls Prevention offer.
We would like to draw on the experience of other areas to ensure the commissioned service delivers the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Below is a stage one benchmarking questionnaire. We would be extremely grateful if you are able to spare some time to answer our questions about your service provision and your experience of commissioning this provision. You don’t need to answer all of the questions asked, only those for which you have information to share.
