This is what we asked you.

Lincolnshire County Council Public Health is recommissioning the adult and young people treatment and recovery services for Lincolnshire.

To help shape the development of future services, please complete this short survey so that we can gather your views on how well current services perform. This includes hearing about what is working well, whether there are any areas that could be improved upon and if there are any gaps in provision.

The survey also provides an opportunity for you to put forward your ideas on what a future substance misuse service should look like. We are also keen to hear your views on the type of support families affected by substance misuse need for themselves as this will be included in the new model.
