Thank you for taking part. We will continue to use this page to keep you informed about progress with the project.
This is what we asked you.
The NHS Health Check is a free health check-up for adults in England aged 40 to 74.
It's designed to identify early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia.
As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing one of these conditions. An NHS Health Check helps find ways to lower this risk and is available at your GP Practice.
You may have had another form of health check, for example a private health check. These are available at your local Pharmacy. Share your views about your recent invitation to attend an NHS Health Check at your GP Practice.
