We will only use the information you provide for the purposes of gathering feedback on the current and likely future needs of the public, relating to the Rights of Way Improvement Plan 2025 and access to the countryside. The purposes of this consultation and survey, are set out in more detail, in the Statement of Need Consultation document.  

We will only ask you to provide the minimum amount of information we need in order to do this.   

Your information is only shared where necessary and where the law allows it.    

We will only keep your information for as long as is necessary, and in line with our retention schedules (opens in new tab).
