    This road has degraded over the past two years into a dangerous state of repair. I believe this is due in part, to the large number of LGVs that use the route to service the food factories at Anwick and Ruskington. The patch just after the sharp right-hand bend on leaving North Kyme westbound is particularly treacherous, but the whole route between the above-mentioned villages requires urgent review and improvement. The road has begun to subside and crack on the approach Billinghay eastbound; this is particularly dangerous with a water course in close proximity to the road.

    I live in a village and the potholes are a joke so many I have a low riding car and I'm so scared to go out on the roads sometimes because there are so many potholes it needs fixing even the country roads are bad a15 is bad a52 is bad

    Here is my story. Christmas eve 2020. I hit a HUGE pothole. It bent my alloy wheel and broke my suspension. My car had done 3000 miles so was brand new!

    Other cars we badly damaged and the police attend the incident.

    My damage was £2000. I did not get anywhere with the council. I heard all about the problems with funding. My claim was refused as the road was ok at the last inspection.

    This should have been dealt with years ago before A roads were in this state. Now I make sure I avoid the potholes when driving... Continue reading
